Gardening for property sale

We need gardening for a property that's been rented out, to get it to presentation standard for property sale. We'd like to work with the existing plants etc. as much as possible but will take advice on what work is required and what is a realistic cost. The first 3 photos show the current state of the garden. The next 2 show what it used to be like before the property was rented. We're looking for it to be restored to the previous state including all paths etc cleaned up. We'd like the large compost bin in the front yard removed.
