garden tidy burwood - on going

Our full time working daughter plus flatmate (s) rent a house off us in Burwood - 50s build but renovated and with double garage. Plot size 885 m2. Previous owners had quite a nice garden including vege boxes an old green house and small raspberry plot. Some of the back yard is concereted over (some structure there prior to our time. We are looking for someone as a minium on-going to keep the weeds at bay and it looking tody; maybe look at some replanting with a move towards a low maintenance garden. Our daughter is quite a keen gardener (was doing a lovely job with the raspberries until she started to struggle for time. We are open to suggestions however are on a reasonably tight budget (our family business has been completely closed quite a few times due to in govt lock downs so house needs to be meet its own costs if you see what I mean.
