Garden clearance and waste removal

I have an approx 24 m by 1.2m garden bed which requires clearance.. While the vegetation has been removed, the ground treatment of a mix of small stones and soil overlaying weed mat still requires removal. The approx depth of the stone/soil layer is 10 cm. I need this soil/stone mix dig up and removed. There are also stumps of three small shrubs which will also require trimming down to the new ground layer.
