1 day garden tidy up (weeding, hedge trimming)

Would like some help with 1 day of garden work to tidy things up ready for pictures to be taken as the property will be listed for rental. Not after anything revolutionary, mainly weeding and hedge trimming. The garden was landscaped with weed mat and a bark layer a couple of years ago but the weeds have grown through. I only have a small green bin so will require a green waste dump run. You will also notice the trellis has fallen over in the wind so I would like that taken away too please.
