Rental Property vacant for a week beginning 14th August to allow the tidyup! Lawn is only a small area and could be done if person had a scarifier (this part not essential). Main jobs are old vine cutback to make room for small section of new fence / removal will require digging and maybe a small chainsaw. Some vine accessed from garage roof which is easy access as it is flat roof. Can provide a trailer if needed for green waste. Also complete house gutter clean (single story 150 sqm house).
