I thought I dealt with professional landscaper (Chris from Loyal Landscape). When I awarded job to them after both parties agreed and he agreed to finish the job within 2 weeks, so I have to pay 30% upfront to make sure he start the job next day (18 march 2020) or the day after, however on the first time he did not show up after he received the money. Started their job on following week, but NZ moved alert to Level 4, finally not settle until today. Keep promising but not stick with their quote.
