Somewhat scruffy mess

Life has gotten in the way, and my lawn is over grown, and I have a heap of weeds. Likewise, there's a bit of a mess from the previous owner, ie. they left a rusty wheelburrow and a few other bits and bobs I would like removed. I have a 800sq section, the house is 100sq. The rest is garden, driveway and pathways.
