Regular garden maintenance

We have a large section on two levels planted on a variety of plants e.g. roses, lavender, various shrubs plus a handful of fruiting trees. There is also a bank planted with various things running from our front deck to our drive. We are looking for a gardener to carry out regular maintenance and also pruning (around 3 hours monthly). We have maintained the property ourselves so in pretty good shape. But needs a serious weed/ pruning etc before winter.
