Initially communication was great. And arrangement made for job to be done. Unfortunately the job was only 2/3 completed and communication between us was that he would come back and complete what he never achieved. I stupidly paid the full amount (even though he said to only pay 2/3 of the total amount). I felt he was honest and thought he would return. I have not had any further communication, although the weather has been perfect to complete. I completed the work myself. Disappointed ☹️

"As mentioned in the review I only completed 2/3 of the job on the day, due to safety on the steep section which she agreed. Customer said I did a great job of the work completed and asked I come back to complete with ongoing care, I said would need to find a safe way to do so before returning. I asked if she would be happy to pay 2/3 of the cost as that was what I had done. Not the full amount. Happy to refund. I failed to email saying I was still trying to work it out for that I apologize"
