Fortnightly gardening work for gardener with their own tools

I am looking for a reliable gardener who has access to their own tools to do my garden every fortnight in summer and occasionally in winter. (In the past it has taken about an hour and a half.) My garden is very small (the whole property including the house is 300 square metres. I need hedges trimmed, lawn mowed and just general tidying up. The critical requirement is than it can be done at regular intervals.
