Lawn mowing - regular

Weed eating and lawn mowing required for a rental property at Te Kawa Road, One Tree Hill. The total property is about 800 squares in total but it has 2 houses and lots of concrete on it and a big driveway. So the actual lawn area is not big at all. I feel its easier to use a wead eater because some parts of the property is rocky/not flat. I think it would be good to give it an initial thorough weed eating followed by a regular mow.
