Ongoing Gardening/keeping property tidy

Hi there I have two small units in mission bay that are tenanted. They both have relatively small easy care gardens (one small a small lawn out the front) but I need someone to go around 4-5 times a year to give them a tidy up, weed, trim edges, mow the lawn etc. Occasional landscaping job like laying an extra layer of bark/weedmat or removing a small tree. Looking for someone ongoing who ideally works in this part of AKL and can just add it to their jobs.
