Garden Tidy Up of grounds around four units

Looking for a gardener to spend half day/a day to tidy up the various gardens around our set of four units in Freeman's Bay. Some key things that need tidying: 1. Bushy garden at one end of the units need to be trimmed back, allowing more space between the wall and the shrubs and the shrubs on the side to get more light. 2. Possible trimming of the rhododendrons along the driveway 3. Tidy up of the bank area (thinning out of plants, weeding) 4. Trimming tree that is touching one end of the units. We would also want all garden waste removed.
