I'm sorry that you felt the level of workmanship was so poor. I felt a little let down by the remark as I think you'd have to agree that the property looked way better after I left than when I got there.
Perhaps I should have asked more questions about access to property and working areas and height of hedges etc and next time I'll be sure to do that, but in terms of final a result there was definitely a difference.
