Garden maintenance

We are looking for a regular gardener who can help us maintain our garden. The intial job will require removal of some banana trees and a diseased quince tree, a thorough weeding, and a general tidy up. After that it will involve: 1. General weeding and seasonal spraying in select areas 2. Seasonal pruning - MUST know how to prune different fruit trees and a grape vine 3. Keeping garden tidy throughout 4. Leaf sweep and collection for compost bin 5. Compost bin management We already have a lawn mower we would like to remain loyal to but we are keen to find someone who can keep the rest of the garden tidy and the fruit trees healthy.
