Balcony Planters

Hello! I am needing someone to work on my planters currently sitting on my balcony. There are 3 x planters (40cm D x 100cm W x 50cm H) that need their current plants (dead) removed and replaced. Hoping you'll be able to advise if I need new soil. Once the dead plants are removed, I'd love to install caster wheels at the base of the planters, in order to move them around on the balcony when needed. Preferably, you'd also be planting herbs and some resilient greenery that enjoy all seasons and direct morning sun. Ideally, you'll also remove all rubbish and debris at the end of the job. This location is on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Prefer weekends due to work schedule.
