Hi there, We are the property secretary for 171 Portland Road, Remuera. We have received the scope from the owners for who wish a regular lawn mowing service and the garden to be tidied up. The scope is for mowing the grass area at the front of the property on a fortnightly basis and monthly in the winter months. Please quote on the areas in the common area where there is grass. The scope for gardening is as follows (photos are below). 1. Remove palm fronds by flat 1 & 3 drive 2. Clear up ladder ferns and Aggies by flat 1&3 drive 3. Remove privet, aggies & ladder ferns by 1&3 drive 4. Cut back Aggies and remove weedy grasses on front wall. Do not remove all the Aggies as this will destabilise the wall. 5. Trim Aggies on the side of the driveway on apartment 2 & 4. We would appreciate urgent quote by Wednesday 1st May 2019.
