Small ish, very over grown flower bed

The flowerbed alongside the back 'yard' of the property has become massively overgrown and needs cutting right back. Needs to be done by the 12th of April as I'm moving out of the property. The flowerbed is maybe 8-10ft long by half a foot wide along the fence line. Its predominantly massive weeds and agapanthus that have gone berserk in the wet weather we have had. Its not a huge job. Will need the rubbish generated from the job cleared away after.
