Trim Eugenia / Lillypilly hedge - Remuera

We have a large Eugenia hedge that runs down 2-3 sides of our property. We are looking for someone to trim it and then maintain it on an ongoing basis. Ideally we would also like someone who knows how to treat it for white bugs. Thanks!!
