Am wanting to get section cleared of overgrown shrubbery, gardens tidied up and lawns mown at property that I will be renting out. Must take rubbish away with them as have a huge pile of rubbish to clear already.

We didn't end up getting the work done but I appreciated their fast response and willingness to negotiate the price when the price became an issue. We didn't get the job done because the owner of the property came and did the clear up.
