General Gardening

We are looking for someone who can maintain our garden (including small vege patch), probably a visit every 3 weeks (perhaps more in the summer). We would like someone to take some ownership of the garden - i.e. not just mow lawns and weed. We have a variety of plants and trees (including a few fruit trees, a passionfruit vine, etc) which we would like to get the best out of, but just don't have time treat properly, therefore some initiative would be required re pruning/spraying/etc. We have recently had our first child and while we do enjoy our garden, we don't have time to maintain it or give it the love it deserves. (Nor do we have the knowledge to get the best out of the garden - novices!)
