Garden cleaning

My mother had planted a few plants in our garden, and about seven months ago, she left the country for good. The garden has become cumbersome to maintain. Now I want to have it cleaned up for good. If you do a good job, there is a possibility of ongoing work maintaining and mowing the lawn.
