Remove monkee apple tree

I have a monkee apple tree which is too big. Its roots have been blocking my sewer drain and it is close to the councils sewer drain. So i would like to remove the entire tree. Stump grind it and remove the tree/firewood from the property There is easy access to it from the road as you can drive up to it. Its trunk is approximatly 800mm in diameter. Height is 11-12 metres (i estimated by copying and pasting the 2m red rectangle )
