Gardener & Lawn mowing & removal of organic stuff

My property needs mowing, weeding and organic material removed from the property - probably every 4-6 weeks. The property is small, with palms that need to be pruned, with some potted palms to be removed as they have died. Check out the dead grass on the lawn and share your experience. There are some blanket weeds migrating into the yard from adjacent properties - I would like to see there demise. I would expect that these various jobs to organised over the winter period. Cheers
