Looking for a gardener who knows the plants for tropical garden tidy up, who does jobs her/himself, rather than someone who just chases jobs and passes them on for a comission to a subcontractor. If the price is right and job is done with quality, then I'd use the same person again. From the experience I had so far on Builderscrack, if your main job is lawnmowing and trimming hedges, you will not be able to help me with my garden.
