We have 2 roller doors. 1 the load is excessive and door cuts out twice during opening requiring resetting. Seems to operate better during summer assuming door is drier with less load. Maybe the trip setting level on the motor needs adjusting. The other is out of balance & needs tension setting sorted. It shudders when shutting & sometimes it gets bunched up when closing.
