My garage side door is in desperate need of replacement. The garage is concrete block and the current side door is now no longer functioning. It is kind of propped to look like it is closed and secure. And isn't, as the padlock was cut off recently and there are no screws in the hinges holding the door in place! Easy access (street level) and there is power in the garage. I have a replacement door (Parkwood FVW), with a hole cut for the handle/entry lock, which I also have. What needs to be done: Door jamb constructed Install door - may need a small amount of trimming Lock fitted (Schlage S2 smart entry) Hinge screws to go into the concrete rather than just the jamb? Weatherstrip at the bottom A project that I should have sorted sooner. Hoping someone might be available soon.
