Garage side door to be repaired or replaced

I have a garage side door that, I regret, is falling apart and got out of shape, so it cannot be closed properly anymore. The main structure is probably ok and a builder might be able to reconstruct it. Or, perhaps a new door is required. Can you help? It is relatively urgent for security reasons. Needs to be done before end of May. I am attaching a photo from the outside and one from the inside.
