Obtain and install single garage door

We need to have a new single garage door installed at a rental property. As far as I remember it is a tilt garage door there at the moment. It may need a new automatic motor installed too, as it is very slow to go up and down, but we would appreciate advice on that. We are interested in getting a quote for this and having this work done as the door currently there is rusting through. It would need to be the same colour as what is there, as this is part of the body corporate requirements for the building.
