Garage door maintenance

We have a metal sectional garage door with an electric dominator motor. - The door has a key lock. We no longer have the key to this lock. So we need to get a key cut or the lock replaced with new keys. - We also have no remote for this garage door. So we need a new remote programmed in. The motor is working via the internal button on the wall. - The top center of the garage door is split where the motor pulls the door. I am not sure if this needs to be fixed/strengthened or is ok as it is. The job is located on Rathgar Road, Henderson, thanks.
