Roller door lock and latch replacement with keys

I am in need of a replacement inner roller door lock. This has the 2 long arms each side extending to the door edges which lock to the frame when locked. The width of the door is 2.5m and the lock with latches included would need to be roughly 2.55m long so 2.5m with a good inch or on either side extra to clear the latch holes in the roller frame when locked. It’s fine if the one supplied is too long as making them shorter isn’t a problem but being too short is… The lock currently installed is off another roller door which I have the key for but the latches are too short and will not reach the edge to lock. After a new lock and key with latches of the correct length, including the plastic guides at the ends of latches which guides the latch into the frame holes. They are like little plastic tab things 😅 Also could possibly put the correct length of latches on the existing lock if it’s doable but open to suggestions. I am unsure of the brand as some of the handle is broken which means only some of the brand name is shown. I have all relevant photos included
