Nat's garage door issues

We have a large (2 car wide) solid panel tilt metal garage door and Merlin that are not working. We think the automatic Merlin is broken but that also the door and arms on the side are too strong for the Merlin. The door also sometime scratches inThe wind and blows open. We need someone to come and tell us what we can do to fix it before we look at a new garage door system.
