Garage door repairs

Not long moved into new home and the top rail of the garage door is damage/twisted so needs replacing or straightening as it catches at the top, then making sure all is aligned etc. Also top panel needs replacing as there are holes, I could probably do this myself but open to options. It’s a single garage door

Price for roller door supply and install

Hi team, I'm after a price for a roller door in an internal bay (doesn't need to be weatherproof but needs to be bird proof) in a farm workshop. I have framed the wall and the internal opening size is 2.995 high and 2.700 wide. The wall is lined with ply both sides. Just after a basic roller door rather than sectional or tilter door to have the roof clear for lights and high equipment. Also price for opener as optional extra and whether this can be retro fitted. The need the garage door repaired. The emergency pull chord got caught onto our car rack while exiting the garage and it’s caused this damage as the door came down while driving out. The bottom middle panel is bent, the rest look fine.

Garage side door repair or replacement

We believe an attempted break-in has occurred to our garage side door and as a result, the lock and some of the door is broken. Metal and wood framing near the lock has been forced out of place. The lock takes a few tries to catch as you close the door now. Not sure if we will need to replace the whole door or if something can be done to repair that area of the door. Thank you.

Enclosing second bay of four bay shed

We have a four bay shed with one bay enclosed. We are looking to enclose a second bay, probably transferring the roller door over to the newly enclosed bay, and replacing with french doors on the first. We'd like to complete this in early 2021 (Jan / Feb) if possible. Probably requires concrete floor to be laid for the second bay to be enclosed.

Fit tilt door to shed

We have a tilt garage door that we would like fitted to our shed (was an open shed). The opening of the shed is 4.44m wide by 2.85 high. The tilt door is slightly too big, being 4.6m wide x 2.1m high so will need to be cut down to fit (150mm or so). The top of the shed opening will need to be built down about 600mm. Then on the inside ceiling of the shed, a structure of sorts will need to be constructed to fix the tilt door support too. We are weighing up the cost of doing this work...

The handle and lock have been ripped off by tenants and I believe that at least one of the wooden uprights either side of the door where it bolts on is split.
