My garage door has had its support ropes come off the guide each side. When the door is up it is possible to twist the bar to give it slack, however it is too finicky for me to be able to get them back on.

Called before the job and helped identify the root cause of the issue before showing up. Would have been two trips if it wasn't for that. Worker (Kyle?) Did the job quickly with no fuss.
