Job description

Garage Door Maintenance
Rodney

Seal sectional steel garage door, stopping both draughts and rodents from entering. Garage door motor is by Doorworks. Unfortunately the surface the door makes contact with is not 100% level, so the opening is wider on the right hand side than the left. It has an existing plastic/rubber wind seal but because of it not being level, it's not working that well. Any solution should account for it not being level to ensure a complete wind and rodent proof seal, and should improve on the existing solution. See the first photo for the difference between the left and right hand side. Also, I don't want anything visible from the outside (bolts, etc) - this is a new build. Also, there is a bit of an opening on the sides to the left and right of the door, which rodents would also be able to crawl through. Possibly perform maintenance / retensioning of the cable a little bit as it does not go down as far as it can when closing. Would only be interested in someone who knows what they're doing and preferably has done this kind of work before, those cables look like they can take your arm off if you're not careful and they snap.
