Garage door fix

Hi There, We have a automatic Garage door at our rental property in Manurewa East. It is stopping half a way between when we try to open or close with a remote and the door needs to be pushed manually. Electrican have been to the site and he advised that electrical part is functioning properly and he advised us that it could be a mechanical issue. We want to get it fixed. I am seeking a quote to fix it and I would like to proceed accrodingly. Can someone please advise me the quote? Site visit can be arranged if required. Thanks & Regards, Narendra.
