Fix lock / repair roller garage door

(Firstly apologies for dropping the previous request for replacement of door - I had to handle another urgent matter) As per photos - I have a old garage door in my 1975 built house. It rolls up and down but its old and a reconditioned replacement could be an option. The lock is broken or the key is lost and the lock may still work (I have the serial number of the lock if it will lead to getting a replacement key.) Can anyone please help me fix this? I am available after 6 pm or on weekends. I don't live there and will need to do there to show you. Please feel free to phone me to discuss options. (I can come late afternoons but will have to check with my manager to leave downtown Auckland middle afternoon.
