Garage Door Not Fully Lifting

We have a sectional panel garage door that gets pulled up towards the ceiling. In the last week, we have had a progressively worsening issue with our garage door not lifting fully, and beeping when opened (happening every time it is opened). We had the garage door repaired 11 months ago as the hinges had come off from the ceiling and was causing the motor to spark and continuous beeping when opened.
