I have an old single garage with a tilting style door. It hasn't locked for some time (beast of a dog would push on door til it opened to make her escape). Time to get the garage door locking properly. I don't know if it might be time also, to upgrade the quality of the runners the door is on. Or is the entire door due for replacement. Any takers?
