Repair garage door to garage arm

Hi, the garage tilt a door arm has come apart from the door. There are two bolts that attach the door to the arm. This area needs repaired. Either welding metal to the door to support screws or adding something else to secure this. The photo shows the arm and bolts in the correct position, but you will see a crack in the metal and this is not attached to the door itself, which is the problem.
