Fix my garage roller door

My roller door is quite old and it is a commercial one. The connection with the roller door and the roller is broken, so the they are not connected to each other anymore, the gear of the motor needs to check. The remote works fine. Ideally, it can be fixed if not easy, I am happy to build a new one if the price is acceptable.
