Broken garage door -repare or possibly replace

One of the 'arms' (not sure if that is the correct term, will try and put up a photo) that goes from the door up to the guide rail has broken on my single garage door. I would like to quote to either replace the broken arm, or potentially replace the entire door with an electric one.
