Gain access to garage now that tilt-door if broken

I have a basement with a tilt-door garage door with no internal access. And the cable has just snapped,....meaning I can't open it! I need to get into this reasonably urgently,...with as little damage to the door as possible. Think you are up to the job?? The get in touch asap.
