Garage Door Repairs

The connection from garage door motor to garage door has been broken. where connection goes into garage door it has ripped screws out and torn the steel making a hole where the screws would go. This door previously wouldn't close fully on one side as well - the chain is sagging on this same side. It is a Tilt a Door (Motor is a Merlin 230T Powerlift). Our other garage door is having issues with the remote - it seems to not be picking up the signal to open or close.
