Roller door repair/replace

We have a Victor Rollaway garage door which will not roll down or up correctly and appears to have come uncoiled unevenly causing this fault. Is there anybody out there that can repair this and or advise us of the relevant replacement cost if necessary? Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks Please advise
