Job description
The door isn't closed evenly. One side is slightly lifted when it's closed. I want to get it fixed, tightly closed.

I decided to install the new garage door & it's done 25th July. However, a problem, a significant cracking sound came with the operation since installation. Michelle responded quickly to my dissatisfaction, & the staff did some work. It wasn't resolved even though her boss assessed the situation in detail. He told me "will review it 2 months later after the weather is warm". I've contacted Michelle for over a month while waiting for their service. The problem still exists.
