Replace tilt garage door with something lighter

Our current tilt door is heavy and is causing support strain on the garage door frame. Need a garage door that doesn't do this and preferably not tilt. The garage door motor is only a few months old and a 2nd set of springs required to lift the door but it is still pulling away from the frame so that would need repairing as well.
