Garage tilt door arm needs repair

Bolt has broken on the arm on garage door, this has also caused arm to buckle. Needs repairing. Tilt door is operated by Merlin door opener, although it's the door that needs repairing not the Merlin operating door opener. Photos include broken bolt and bent door arm. Other photo is working arm.
