"Understand clients view, unfortunately the job turned out to be much more difficult then first expected as building was old and doors were obsolete so all parts had to be manufactured. One door was badly rotten, works were to turn counter-balance doors into tilt doors - this work cannot be under-taken by many without a high level of knowledge. The owner of the property was advised along the way and signed off works.
