Adjust garage door

My garage door does not close evenly. One side has slightly less tension in the cable. I also had to manually close the door this morning as we had a power cut while it was open. I also cant seem to get it to 'latch' back on to the chain to open/close it. Can someone come adjust the cables and also put the latch back on. Thee is no rush, just anytime that works in with a local job will be OK as we don't need to use the door for a few days anyway
